I know, I know. Another day, another dollar, another No Rights to Your Own Uterus media release which waxes lyrical about how the sovereign duty of [women] is to churn out babies for Jesus.
But on the one hand, we need to keep an eye on the crap they’re spewing. And on the other, their language is so desperately tryhard it brings a smile to my baby-hating face:
The Family Planning Association continues to seduce our youth and wage war against women, by its promotion of contraception ,sterilisation and abortion. In God’s plan for procreation women’s fertility is a cause of celebration, not a call for sterilisation. Pregnancy is not a disease and unborn children are not invaders and the enemy to be destroyed.
I need a badge which says “Death Peddler”. Who’s with me?
Ideologically Impure 
“Death Peddler” makes me picture some kind of (diabolical, no doubt) cycle-powered abortion machine, which slaughters more Pwecious Unborn Baybeez the faster you pedal. I can’t help it.
I was picturing some kind of crazed Edward Scissor Hands person with speculums and such for hands.
But in reality, I view the pro life contingent as the death peddlers.
Was looking in to the Chilean data (after the MK debacle) and stumbled across the story of an 11 year old girl who is being refused an abortion after being sexually abused for two years by her step father, despite doctors warning that the girls life is at risk.

Does NZ pro life even consider this shit when they say “…The solution to our appalling abortion statistics is not more contraception but abstinence before marriage and faithfulness within marriage..” (from the same press release)
Is it just me or is the same crap from the 1870’s, recycled into some coherence for 21st century male ordinance. Why can’t they just be honest and say they hate women, and all they want women for is cooking, cleaning, and making babies?
Well, because then people wouldn’t take them seriously. And that would be terrible.
